Effective immediately, all movement of downlines and requests for agent hierarchy moves are suspended until further notice. Any prior Humana Release Policy is rescinded and no longer valid.
Agents who submitted a release request prior to Dec 1, 2025 are permitted to move to their new hierarchy as of January 2, 2026.
This decision supports our shared commitment to delivering consumers the highest standard of support, while maintaining and improving agent quality that is central to our mission. We recognize the importance of flexibility and growth in your operations and appreciate your understanding as we work collaboratively towards these goals.
