As you know, there has been many changes within UCare recently and we have an important update to share with you. Going forward any required compliance information ie: Monthly OIG Screening should be sent directly to brokers@ucare.org. Additionally, any required compliance reporting ie: Quarterly Reconciliation Report will be sent to you from UCare via the brokers@ucare.org email address. Finally, should you have any additional questions regarding UCare you should email Dan Hounchell VP of Medicare & Individual Strategy & Product Management at dhounchell@ucare.org.
On Brian Eck’s and my behalf, we want to thank you for all that you have done for UCare and all that you will be doing in the future for UCare. It has been an honor and a blessing for us to partner with you and we have no doubt that our paths will cross in the future. Our official last day with UCare is June 12th, as you are aware.
