As you are aware, UCare Minnesota was placed into Rehabilitation by order of the District Court, Second Judicial District, County of Ramsey on December 17, 2025.
Consequently, commission payments are deferred until the Court overseeing the Rehabilitation approves a plan that will govern the Rehabilitation process.

All information relating to the Rehabilitation of UCare Minnesota, including the plan of rehabilitation, once approved, and broker FAQs, which are expected to be published on or before Jan. 9, 2026, will be available on the website.
