UCare truly values its relationships with its brokers. These relationships have been instrumental in the growth of many of UCare’s products. We know many of you put forth great effort in the service you provide your customers and our members. Unfortunately, as many of you know, UCare has faced and continues to face significant financial headwinds last year and in 2025.
As a result, we will not be certifying/re-certifying any brokers for the 2026 Medicare Advantage product offerings listed below. We will not be paying new or renewal commissions in 2026 as a result. We understand the challenges this may present for your organization and our members. We hope to revisit this decision in 2026 and will keep you apprised of any changes to this approach.

No certification will occur for the following UCare Products:
UCare Medicare Advantage plans – H2459 (HMO-POS) & H8070 (PPO) This includes any existing or new plans under these contracts. Any closure of these plans under these contracts will be communicated separately, and, also not subject to certification or commission payments. UCare Connect + Medicare plans - H5937 (HMO D-SNP) UCare MSHO - H2456 (FIDE D-SNP) UCare Medicare Supplement Plans UCare EssentiaCare plans - H8783 (PPO)
UCare Products Not Affected by This Action:
UCare Individual and Family plans, both On and Off Exchange
Group UCare Medicare Retiree Plans – H2459 (HMO-POS)
