As we approach the 2026 certification season, we want to make you aware that we will be entering a brief blackout period during our platform transition to the new plan year. This will temporarily pause contracting and onboarding activities beginningJune 18, 2025and endingJune 26, 2025.
Key Notes
Agents who have not completed the 2025 onboarding and certification process
Any onboarding invitation not completed by June 17 will be automatically closed out onJune 18.If an agent has an onboarding invitation closed and still wishes to contract with Zing, a new invitation will need to be created.
Recertification for RTS Agents |All currentReady-to-Sell (RTS) agents and agencies will be sent a recertificationinvitation from Zing Health (donotreply@evolvenxt.com) onJune 26. Please note, they will be processed in batches, all agents should have their invitation received by the end of day.
Certification Requirements |All Principal and Individual agents must complete:
Agencies Only - In addition to Principal certification, there is an attestation (second step) that will need completed when logged in with agency credentials.
We anticipateFirst Look materials will be available in August, including updated grids.
