The online Simplicity Agent Center is designed to streamline business operations and support agents, advisors and their sales support in serving their clients. It provides a comprehensive view of all business with Simplicity, from paid and pending policies to pending and issued contracts across every product line (Annuity, Life, DI, and LTC). The Simplicity Agent Center also provides visibility into Simplicity’s securities business offerings. With single-sign-on access to proprietary content, exclusive resources, and leading industry tools, the Simplicity Agent Center consolidates everything an agent needs into one central location, providing essential support and streamlining their workflow.

  • My Business: Provides a snapshot of policies and contracts, allowing users to filter, sort, and drill down into details for paid and pending business.

  • Inforce Action Center: A dedicated hub for ongoing client engagement and policy servicing, highlighting opportunities such as annual policy reviews, annuity rate improvements, and term conversionsAccess is dependent on carrier participation and the status of data transfers.

  • Resources: Features agent resources, client materials, marketing support, and event/webinar registration.

  • Mobile App: The platform is available as a mobile app on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

  • Proxy Access: Users can grant proxy access to others, such as sales support staff. Proxy users must have an active Agent Center account. Once accepted, proxies can toggle between their own account and the granted account.
